Calls are charged from the time you are connected to the this service, at rates published by us from time to time. Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated. The rates quoted are from a BT line, other service providers & pay phones may charge a higher rate, please contact your service provider for further details. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently. The service is subject to availability.

Can this service be used from a mobile ?

Can this service be used from a payphone ?
Yes. However depending on the company providing the payphone you may find that a surcharge is applied, so please check with the payphone provider for exact details of the rates that would apply.
Is there a minimum call charge ?
This is not determined by us. Any minimum call charge will be set by existing provider.
At what point do I start to get billed ?
Billing, by you provider, will start as soon as you hear the recorded announcement on our service and will continue until you terminate the call.
How do you make any money from this ?
We receive a small percentage of the call charges that your provider bills to you.
